We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business and Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and support business functions. This role ensures smooth internal processes, effective communication between departments, and efficient use of resources to meet organizational goals.
Based in Rembau, Negeri Sembilan.
Administrative Duties:
Oversee and manage office operations, supplies, and facilities.
Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).
Draft and manage internal communications, reports, and presentations.
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Support HR tasks such as onboarding, documentation, and attendance tracking.
Business Support:
Assist in planning and executing business strategies and projects.
Prepare and monitor budgets, invoices, and expense reports.
Conduct basic research, data analysis, and market surveys.
Liaise with vendors, partners, and clients as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws.
Qualifications
Mandarin speakers are preferred.
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
