Job Title: Business Admin/ HR SpecialistClient Industry: Business ConsultingLocation: Malaysia (WFH/ Remote)Shift and Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1000 - 1900Position OverviewRecruitGo is in search of a Business Admin/ HR Specialist. Our client is a Business Consulting Company. In this role, you will be responsible for submitting grant applications, researching internationalization plans, advising clients on marketing, drafting resumes and contracts, planning client visits, handling ad-hoc tasks, drafting invoices, and managing account data entry. It\'s a versatile role covering various aspects of business operations and client support.Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone proficient in written and spoken English, who possesses strong hosting and itinerary planning skills for clients, and who exhibits a positive attitude with good customer service abilities.Responsibilities:

  • Submitting business grant applications to the government
  • Research and drafting out-of-business internationalization plans, and recommendations.
  • Able to recommend and give good advice to each client on the importance of marketing and branding impact on their business
  • Drafting out resumes and employment contracts
  • Planning itineraries for clients visiting Malaysia
  • Managing the recruitment process from sourcing, selection, 1st round of screening and interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals.
  • Administer staff list, records, and database
  • Any ad-hoc task given
  • Hosting clients when clients are in Malaysia.
Qualifications
  • Very profound in writing and speaking English
  • Holding at least a degree in business management/ administration
  • Able to write up corporate internationalization recommendations and plans
  • Good hosting skills and planning of itineraries for clients
  • Good attitude and customer service
  • Good with Microsoft Office skills
