A Snapshot of Your Day

As Real Estate (\xe2\x80\x9cRE\xe2\x80\x9d) Business Administrator (\xe2\x80\x9cBA\xe2\x80\x9d) Zone Asia Pacific (\xe2\x80\x9cASP\xe2\x80\x9d) you will be responsible supporting Zone ASP Head as well as Commercial Head for Rest of World in steering business by providing a complete and transparent analysis of SE Real Estate business including performance controlling of the countries in the Zone. The ASP Zone countries consist among others of TH, PH, JP, KR, SG, MY, BD, TR, IL. Additionally, commercial management of zone and interface between the local business BAs in the countries and Hub Management is expected. In addition to that you are the point of contact for ASP to our shared service provider TCS that supports us in administrative tasks for space management, IFRS 16 calculations and cost allocations.

How You\'ll Make an Impact

• Prepare monthly Forecasting and actual reporting/analysis
• Responsible for annual budget for Asia Pacific region
• Support Technical head in identification and implementation of savings measures and ensure accurate reporting and documentation
• Liaison with local BU leads on coordination of billing and cost transfer as well as preparation of accurals
• IFRS 16 journal entry review
• Review accounting done by local Business Unit /Accounting colleagues
• Work with external shared service provider (TCS) and review their work on lease and location creation in IFRS 16 and contract management system
• Ensure correctness and completeness of financial figures at a Zone Level on a timely basis
• Steer, monitor and control Zone financial and operation performance including analysis of maintenance and projects
• Commercial support for approvals in terms of business case calculations within the Zone
• Implementation and alignment of SE RE guidelines and principles within Zone
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards
• Support adhoc tasks / requirements

What You Bring

• A sound Degree in: Accounting, Business administration, Economics or related field
• Minimum of 5 years; experience in commercial activities and controlling
• Technical Knowledge (SAP, Excel, Reporting, Financial analysis)
• Good communication and converse good English at professional working proficiency level.
• Sound IFRS accounting knowledge in particular IFRS 16
• Previous Real Estate experience and international experience is preferred
• Ability to managing finance in a dynamic and growing business
• The ability to communicate clearly with different levels of stakeholders across the business and across different countries/cultures

About the Team

You will become part of the Siemens Energy Real Estate Team for Rest of World (including all Adia, Middle East and Africa). You will report to the Commercial Head of RE for RoW and will work together with the Zone BAs for Middle East/Africa and China.
