We will count on you to:

• Requires to maintain good relationships with assigned various stakeholders (\xe2\x80\x9c Insurers, Loss Adjusters, TPA, Dealer, Distributors, Service Centre, Repairers, Sponsors, Franchise Service Counter, Help-desk or similar (\xe2\x80\x9cDealers\xe2\x80\x9d), vendors, Marsh system developer/ gatekeepers like GIT, MGTI, Bluestream, JLT-I, DIP, payment vendors, etc.
• BA will be responsible for managing and executing the analysis activity within one or more of the priority programs.
• They will lead multi skilled teams responsible for the Requirements Management, Design, Change Management and Implementation Management activities during project delivery.
• BAs often act as experts across multiple projects and programs simultaneously, guiding the teams on their approach to Requirements Management and other analysis activity.
• BA\'s will also oversee Change Management activities spanning from early change planning and audience analysis; through to designing and delivering change interventions (e.g. communications, training, support, organization alignment); and tracking and taking actions on change readiness, adoption, and feedback. They are also ultimately responsible for Implementation Management, including planning, controlling and reporting on implementation of the change \'product\', focusing on accelerating benefits and minimizing risk during deployment.
• Implementation activities will also include managing implementation readiness and managing the early stages of implementation (e.g. pilot). Value Creation: Anticipates and manages stakeholder expectations, fostering open and honest communication; resolves stakeholder conflict and represents the interests of other stakeholders.
• Identifies and analyses complex problems involving the wider team; generates feasible and creative solutions considering all aspects and consequences; leads brainstorming meetings to discuss and/or resolve problems.
• Questions current state and facilitates stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.

What you need to have:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills of Bahasa Malaysia & English. Additional ability in other major languages will be an added advantage including but not limited to Mandarin & Cantonese.
• Proficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor degree or Professional Qualifications in IT courses.
• Prior experience in project management is a must.
• Possesses a proven execution skill and business acumen.
