Job Description

We are seeking a proactive

Business Analyst (IT Services)

to support digital transformation and business application development within a logistics-focused environment.
This role involves bridging business needs and technical solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement systems that drive operational efficiency..

Key Responsibilities

Participate in

pre-sales and tendering discussions

with business units to understand client needs. Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to

analyze business requirements

and system functionalities. Document requirements, prepare specifications, and coordinate with technical teams for solution implementation. Define

project plans

and ensure alignment with business objectives and timelines. Conduct

system integration testing (SIT)

and

user acceptance testing (UAT)

with internal teams and customers. Provide

training and support

to end-users after system deployment. Engage in continuous process improvement and system enhancement activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline. Minimum

2 years of experience

in business application development or business/technical analysis. Candidates with less experience will be considered for

Junior Business Analyst

. Hands-on skills in

SQL Script

,

.NET

, or

C#

programming. Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Preferred mandarin speaker.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
