Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional specifications.
Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure successful solution delivery.
Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to improve business processes.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with business users.
Support UAT and user training sessions.
Requirements
:
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong knowledge of business process modelling, requirement gathering, and documentation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, etc.
Experience working in large-scale enterprise projects is a plus.
Malaysian citizen or legally allowed to work in Malaysia.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM8,999.00 per month
