Kelayakan

• Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma / Bachelor\'s Degree / Professional Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in related field covering customer service, sales coordination, sales support, fresh graduated are encourage to apply, training will be provided.
• Must have strong business acumen, self-motivated and result oriented.
• Able to communicate with customers in English and Mandarin.
• Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office especially Excel, Word.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive, initiative, multi-task and ability to work well in a team.
• Organized and meticulous, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment.

Tanggungjawab

• Manage all aspects of the implementation project plan to ensure successful deployment (facilities, tracks, monitors, define milestones, timelines and deliverables).
• Manage and meet changing requirements of projects.
• Conduct reviews on progress and issues.
• Enforce implementation of standard.
• Compile status documentation and communicate to direct Manager.
• Manage and optimize the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness each stage.
• Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, including customer records and sales pipelines.
• Provide sales support from time to time.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greate sales effectiveness and efficiency.
• Ensuring sales process adoption and compliance.
• Tele Marketing for BD team to set sales appointment.
• Creditor focus on Debt Collection documentation.
• Stock planer.
• Any other job responsibilities assigned by the management as and when required.
