To provide analysis, measurement and communication on Global Logistics Asia HR processes
Provide key operational, data and project support to the Global Logistics Asia HR team including delivery of key data for headcount/labour cost reporting to support workforce planning activities
Support any regional HR projects / initiatives for delegated business unit.
Cultivate strong relationships with HRBP and other stakeholders that enable the successful delivery of reports, dashboards and analytics
Manage employee recognition programmes, such as Quarterly BU Awards
Manage any ad-hoc data extraction, enhancement, clean-ups with various stakeholders

Tanggungjawab

Bachelor\'s degree in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) is preferred. HR data related experience, and familiarity with HR process and policies are a must
Demonstrated HR generalist experience with a variety of different stakeholders.
Experience in maintaining dashboards for HR with high business impact using Tableau or Power BI.
Expert excel skills are a must
Experience / Exposure to other Asia countries is a plus.
