, you will lead the analysis and solution design efforts for our POS system, serving as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation. You will guide junior analysts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that client requirements are translated into effective, scalable, and high-impact solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Requirement Leadership
Lead requirement gathering sessions with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define and prioritize business needs.
Translate complex business needs into clear and actionable technical specifications.
Advanced Data Analysis & Process Improvement
Analyze business data and existing processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Recommend solutions that drive operational efficiency and improved user experience.
Documentation & Solution Design
Prepare comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
Develop mock-ups, wireframes, and flowcharts to visually represent system functionalities.
System Testing & Quality Assurance
Oversee creation and execution of test strategies, including UAT planning, to ensure deliverables meet business requirements.
Collaborate with QA teams to validate feature functionality and ensure product quality.
Project Implementation & Stakeholder Engagement
Support project delivery lifecycle including implementation planning, user training, and post-deployment support.
Act as a key point of contact between stakeholders and development teams.
Team Collaboration & Mentorship
Work closely with developers, product managers, and QA to align on business goals.
Mentor and support junior business analysts in documentation, analysis, and client interaction.
Continuous Improvement & Strategy
Contribute to product roadmap planning and propose enhancements based on market trends and user feedback.
Participate in retrospectives and feedback loops to optimize delivery frameworks.
User Support & Post-Deployment Monitoring
Provide expert support to end-users by resolving functional queries and issues related to the POS system.
Additional Duties
Handle ad hoc analysis, reporting, and assignments as required by management.
