CONTRACT JOB for 6 -12 months( Extendable ) HIRING LOCAL MALAYSIANS

BUSINESS ANALYST - IT with HEALTHCARE EXPERTISE

• An understanding of the technical tools used in healthcare analytics
• Experience in healthcare technology is preferred

Core Responsibilities include:

\xc2\xb7 Facilitate the development of a business case by working with analytical product owners

\xc2\xb7 Documenting and understanding client requirements using the Customer Requirements Specification (CRS)

\xc2\xb7 Designing and validating functional solutions by interpreting the CRS into a set of Product Requirements Specifications (PRS)

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrate GUI prototypes, to validate the designs

\xc2\xb7 Propose solutions by reviewing the approved CRS and PRS

\xc2\xb7 Assist project manager\xe2\x80\x99s and owners by updating and reporting on progress and managing delivery, and if required, conduct a Post Implementation Review (PIR)

\xc2\xb7 Ensure testing of solutions by applying the test basket

\xc2\xb7 Update and publish release notes related to changes, maintain and update all related documentation, and perform live monitoring if the new systems during go-live

\xc2\xb7 Respond to incidents and conduct preliminary analysis of issues

\xc2\xb7 Document the SLA

\xc2\xb7 Participate in internal delivery forum

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS & Technical understanding

An understanding of the technical tools used in healthcare analytics is preferred with respect to the following topics:

\xc2\xb7 Understanding of patient health management, provider profiling, healthcare reporting, and other key healthcare technologies etc.

\xc2\xb7 Understanding of clinical tools including coders, groupers, and classifications

\xc2\xb7 Understanding of data science in the healthcare space

\xc2\xb7 Understanding of healthcare benefit pricing, product pricing and other actuarial calculations (reserving, risk rating, etc.)

\xc2\xb7 Understanding of fraud and operations environment

Additionally, the following technical skills are core to the role:

\xc2\xb7 Understanding of analytical and solution architecture on cloud.
