This Business Analyst will be responsible for leading requirement gathering and analysis across all functions within Ranhill SAJ to support the IT Transformation program. The role ensures that business needs are properly understood, documented, and translated into actionable IT requirements, serving as the foundation for successful program delivery. This role will also align transformation initiatives with business directions and strategies, while mentoring and guiding junior Business Analysts as the team scales.
Having 7-10 years' experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 3-5 years in large-scale IT transformation programs.
Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies (BABOK, IIBA standards).
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery approaches.
Proficiency in process modelling tools and standards (BPMN, UML).
Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem solving ability to evaluate complex requirements.
High adaptability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced transformation environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders from frontline teams to C-level executives.
Strong documentation and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
Collaborative mindset, able to work seamlessly with diverse teams across functions.
