Business Analyst
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL,API Integration, and a good understanding of business requirement gathering and process documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Elicit, document, and analyze business and technical requirements.
Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications.
Write and execute SQL queries to validate data and support analytics.
Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams.
Conduct UAT and ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.
Identify gaps and propose process improvement opportunities for application support team
Required Experience
5-8 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
Proficiency in SQL and data validation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile environments and high pressure environment.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,254.93 - RM11,709.84 per month
