Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a

detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst

to support

compliance and regulatory initiatives

across internal, local, regional, and scheme-level mandates.

This role will act as a key liaison between

business units, schemes, IT teams, and stakeholders

, translating regulatory requirements into actionable business and functional solutions while supporting end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse and interpret regulatory mandates and assess business impact Evaluate correlation and impact of new mandates on existing systems and processes Gather and document requirements (functional requirements, problem statements, JIRA stories) Perform gap analysis to identify risks, impacts, and improvement areas Own end-to-end requirements and design phase and support testing teams Coordinate with business users, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders Secure delivery timelines and effort estimations Present requirements and JIRA stories in IT demand meetings Consolidate IT estimations and support UAT and implementation Track project progress and maintain compliance dashboards and reports

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Banking, Project Management, MIS, or related field

Preferred Experience

4-8 years of Business Analyst experience Banking and/or Cards domain experience (strongly preferred) Experience handling compliance or regulatory-driven initiatives
