Job Summary

We are seeking a

Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience

to join our team at one of Malaysia's leading banks. This is a

1-year contract role (extendable)

, offering the chance to work on impactful projects in the areas of

Malaysian banking, payments, and digital banking.

Candidates with expertise in these domains will be highly preferred

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and perform UAT. Prepare as-is & to-be models and engage stakeholders Work with Business/Product Owners & collaborate with tech/development teams. Support planning, testing, and delivery in Agile squads conduct training activities.

Key Requirements

Minimum 3 years BA experience with a vendor outfit and familiar with working with Business/Product Owners. Malaysian Banking and building Internet Banking/Online Banking/Mobile Banking experience. Have proven experience with Agile way of Working - writing user stories, acceptance criteria, grooming, in-sprint testing/ UAT and working on squad. Independent and familiar with finding value for the end customer, enhancing bus requirements for an ultimate customer journey that is excellent for the end-user. With technical understanding that will help smoothen and quicken their interactions with the Solution Architect and developers. We value ideas and a critical way of thinking. The BA should not be a quiet order-taker, waiting for instructions. Preferably Malaysians.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
