Are you looking for an ever growing opportunity as a Business Analyst within a global market leader within the industry? Look no further as this opportunity is just right for you!

I am currently working with a MNC clientwho is a global leader in industrial gases and services. THey are in the lookout for an experienced Oracle EBS Business Analyst to join their team in Selangor, Malaysia. The successful candidate will work closely with their business users and IT teams to support and enhance the Oracle EBS system.

Responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Oracle EBS Finance solutions.
• Configure and customize Oracle EBS Finance modules to meet business requirements, including but not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Develop test plans, perform testing, and assist with user acceptance testing for Oracle EBS Finance solutions.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with Oracle EBS Finance system functionality and provide solutions or workarounds as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and system integration across multiple platforms.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) and other reporting tools to provide business insights.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle EBS Finance system functionality and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with Oracle EBS Finance product releases and industry trends to recommend system enhancements and optimizations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Oracle EBS Finance, including experience in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management modules.
• Strong technical skills in Oracle EBS R12.x, including SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Forms/Reports.
• Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) and other reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across functional teams.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
