We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst \xe2\x80\x93 Oracle EBS to conduct assessments and discovery workshops, collaborate with PMs to execute projects while managing risks and issues and resolve business and technical challenges. He/ She gathers requirements & translates business requirements into user stories and functional/ technical acceptance criteria, and properly creates/ identifies applicable test scripts and scenarios.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

• Part of the Financial Management team, providing strategic IT business analysis services on GL, AP, FA projects.
• Define business problems via in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information.
• Outline detailed requirements for a solution and ensure the delivered solution meets those business requirements.
• Review assigned finance business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational and technological risks and opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Responsibilities will include a full range of activities from identifying, developing, and leading small to mid-size projects to assisting product managers on larger more complex projects related to finance functions.
• Be a champion for IT building trust and confidence through partnership with the business, regularly helping to establish and solidify IT\xe2\x80\x99s role as a trusted advisor to and vital partner with the business.

Are you a MATCH?

• Relevant work experience with Oracle EBS, or experience as an Oracle Analyst or equivalent Business or Systems Analyst.
• Well experienced in configuration, process and strong functional knowledge in GL, AP and FA modules.
• Basic technical skills like SQL query writing, APIs, Workflows.
• Knowledge in Interfaces and integration with 3rd party applications is preferred.
• Worked on at least a couple of end to end implementation projects involving the above areas.
