A leading, well-renowned household brand in the consumer industry in Malaysia, are seeking to further enhance their customer experience, online and offline, and to keep up with digitalization projects by making processes for internal and external stakeholder effortless.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible to provide application support for all range of Vista Systems (Cinema frond end system).Fluent in Malay
• The functions of the role include:
• Manage and resolve day to day operation issues for Vista System
• Ensure SLA targets are met by proactively monitored the application against abnormality and timely resolutions.
• Comply to audit, regulatory, security policy and procedures and standard operating procedures.
• Provide application support and maintenance of application system
• Master Data Maintenance and System Configuration for Vista System
• Monitor Vista Applications performance
• Working closely with cinema locations and support vendor
• Basic knowledge in MS SQL Server Database

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably at least 3 years\' of working experience in related field. Must possess considerable knowledge of IT and talent acquisition. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
• Exposure & knowledge to the following system technologies is an added advantage
• Microsoft SQL 2008 and above
• Experience in reporting tools like Crystal report.
• A strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
• Must be able to learn, understand, research and apply new technologies.
