IT Application Support Senior ExecutiveOur client is a well-known agro industrial group company. In order to support rapid and aggressive expansion, our client is looking for a talented and dynamic professional to join them as the IT Application Support Senior Executive.Job Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for internal users on ERP and other business applications, offering troubleshooting assistance.
• Resolve IT application issues efficiently to minimize disruption across the organization.
• Monitor and track support requests to enhance operational performance and customer experience.
• Prioritize incidents to ensure compliance with SLAs, focusing on customer satisfaction.
• Document problem statements and update application documentation; develop business cases for continuous improvement.
• Identify and escalate potential support risks to stakeholders as needed.
• Participate in testing, training, and knowledge transfer to empower users.
• Deliver business requirements on time while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities aligned with business priorities.

Job requirements

• Degree or Master\'s in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• 3-5 years of application support experience with a strong customer-centric approach.
• Knowledge and experience supporting Infor M3 ERP (preferably in Supply Chain Management) or farm management systems will be of added advantage.
• Experience in installing and configuring MS SQL Server or other relational databases; knowledge of scripting languages is a plus.
• Familiarity with data analysis and centralized master data management is advantageous.
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Proficient in documenting issues, processes, and solutions with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Mandarin to liaise with vendors from China.
