Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Reporting & Analytics
-
Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and YTD sales performance and productivity tracking, using this to facilitate SME Areas\' Periodical sales performance review. -
Assist in the customer portfolio analysis and review, including for budgeting purposes for both SME Areas and branches. -
Review, enhance and/or develop business and internal processes to support SME. -
Track, manage and report on progress of projects to all stakeholders including business stakeholders, working committees and steering committees.
Engagement & Planning

Working closely with the BIAU and LOS team on the provision of data and reports for the sales campaign, awards purpose and KRA setting. -
Plan, budget, oversight and implement projects through to production \xe2\x80\x93 coordinate deliverables from internal specialists, business consultants, technical consultants and vendors \xe2\x80\x93 ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and scope.

Education/Qualification

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Experience
-
Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in similar industry and/or consulting with a proven track record in Sales Management. -
Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to effectively convey complex information at all levels. -
Detailed with numbers, reporting and analysis. -
Strong working knowledge of MS Office products \xe2\x80\x93 Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; expert/advance level in both Excel and PowerPoint
