Responsibilities

  • Maintain database of thought leadership articles and references
  • Leverage on existing Research databases and provide insights to provide better consultancy and advise to clients
  • To prepare Team\'s business analytics that will assist in better client profiling and targeting to drive more effective business development.
  • Assist in preparation of market research, information, and intelligence reports for internal and external customers
  • Location analysis - where should our clients be located? Combination of non-economic and economic analysis (demographic profile, labour analysis, competitors and clients mapping, financial appraisal).
  • Geospatial analysis - Preparing commute analysis and labour density analysis (if required)
  • Financial Modelling - assist agent in conducting all type of financial analysis (Cash Flow, P&L, NPV) to support business cases for strategies and real-estate transactions (lease acquisitions, disposals, subleases, renewals & renegotiations, provisions calculations, etc.
  • Data Collection - work with stakeholders across the business to collect company data around our services on an agreed frequency.
  • Proposal Support - support Team in pulling relevant data and baseline from databases. This may include selecting relevant Powerpoint slides from our databases, putting them together in a pitch deck. It could also be pulling proposal baseline content and inserting in client templates.
  • Pitch Deck Support - support sales team or senior leadership in content creation for internal and external pitch decks using MS Powerpoint. Extensive experience in using MS Powerpoint to create professional looking decks will be a plus.
  • Sales Reporting - extract data from CRM system to generate sales reporting to inform senior stakeholders on sales trends and performance
  • Cross-functional Sales Support - where required, work directly with other stakeholders such as Marketing on sales-related initiatives
  • Maintain office market vacancy and occupancy databases and work collaboratively with Research.
  • Press release - to work with HODs and other relevant department in preparation of press release drafts.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor\'s degree in real estate, data analysis, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in real estate, data analysis, or real estate research.
  • Strong analytical and data processing skills, including experience with Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, rental rates, and other relevant data.
