Job description
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Involved in mapping end-to-end business processes and identifying opportunities for automation, resulting in improved efficiency and streamlined operations.
- Utilize macros and automation techniques to streamline processes, saving time and resources.
- Perform full analytics cycle, including problem understanding, data collection, data preparation, insights generation, and building dashboard and visualization models.
- Support business case building and influence decision-making by providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Effectively collaborates with stakeholders to plan and prioritize process engineering initiatives, addressing concerns and resolving issues at all levels.
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Data, Statistical or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in business analysis or data analytics / project management in a multinational companies / Shared Service center.
- Proficient in Analytical tools such as Macros, R, Python, SQL and Power BI
- Strong problem solving skills and communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu.
- Able to work well with culturally and geographically diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
