Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities that align with the companies\'s areas of expertise and growth objectives.
Cultivate relationships with clients and prospects by providing value-added services and solutions, such as hosting seminars or workshops, offering relevant content or insights, and developing tailored proposals.
Work to expand the companies\'s market share by identifying new niches, industries, or geographical markets that the firm can pursue.
Develop and implement a marketing plan that aligns with the firm\'s growth objectives. This may include developing targeted marketing campaigns, creating thought leadership content, and managing the firm\'s online presence.
Oversee the sales process from initial contact with prospects through to closing deals. This may include developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing client relationships.
Collaborate with the firm\'s partners and senior staff to identify and pursue new business opportunities and growth initiatives.
Manage and maintain the firm\'s RM database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on clients, prospects, and business opportunities.
Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities and potential risks.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Management / Sales / Marketing / etc
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good computer literacy (MS Office)
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a must.
