BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT \xef\x82\xa7 Identifying and developing new business opportunities \xef\x82\xa7 Build coordination with internal teams to develop new sales and marketing strategies \xef\x82\xa7 Consult with senior management to discuss innovation or development in existing products and services to meet the market demand \xef\x82\xa7 Create marketing plans to promote the products and services of the organisation \xef\x82\xa7 Get contacts of potential customers via cold calling, emailing and internet search \xef\x82\xa7 Identify and qualify new customers as per company\'s policies and business model \xef\x82\xa7 Coordinate appointments, calls and meetings between senior management and customers for discussing new opportunities and for business expansions \xef\x82\xa7 Conduct meetings with internal teams and customers to discuss project development and delivery stages \xef\x82\xa7 Maintain and regularly update the customer database, such as names, phone numbers and email addresses \xef\x82\xa7 Support the business development team in creating a business model, project budget, scope of work document and business plan \xef\x82\xa7 Assist leadership in contract development, handle negotiations and perform due diligence \xef\x82\xa7 Ensure internal teams deliver projects with high customer satisfaction \xef\x82\xa7 Work with teams to achieve the quarterly or yearly targeted revenue Interested candidate please email updated resume to hrpenang@kfmgroup.my or call Ms Syue at 04-5484026
