Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the warehousing, storage, and logistics sector. Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new clients and expand our market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Understand client needs, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential business opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting our warehousing, storage, and logistics solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Customize solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices.
Work closely with operations, logistics, and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects. Collaborate on pricing strategies, service delivery, and client satisfaction initiatives.
Generate regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends. Analyse data to make informed decisions and adjustments to the business development strategy.
