Evaluate property development and redevelopment opportunities that align with the company's objectives.
Analyze the existing asset portfolio and explore potential divestment opportunities.
Perform in-depth market research, business intelligence, and financial analysis to evaluate investment feasibility and risks.
Oversee the entire acquisition and divestment process, including due diligence, coordinating with external consultants on documentation, and ensuring successful completion.
Work closely with internal teams, including finance, real estate, legal, and compliance, to ensure efficient transaction execution.
Prepare and present reports to the senior management team and board of directors.
Foster and sustain relationships with investors, property owners, developers, and key industry stakeholders.
Track industry trends, regulatory updates, and emerging market opportunities.
Assist in fundraising efforts by engaging with investors and fund managers.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field. Preferally MBA.
Over 5 years of experience in business development, investment management, or real estate acquisitions.
In-depth understanding of REIT structures, real estate finance, and investment strategies.
Demonstrated success in deal origination and execution.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Capable of analyzing financial models and market data to inform investment decisions.
Well-established network within the real estate and investment community.
Proven ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
