Requirements

• Able to plan and execute independently
• Self-motivated, strong communication & presentation skills
• Fluent in at least 2 main languages - Chinese, English, Malay (Chinese dialects are plus points)
• Minimum 2 years experience in Sales environment
• A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or other related fields
• Knowledge of real estate industry (is a plus point)

Responsibilities

• Build business opportunities with property agencies within Malaysia
• Maintain strong rapport and timely communication with agency's key personnel
• You will be given sufficient guidance to introduce Nextsix Apps & digital products to new users.
• Provide regular education and updates to prospects and existing users.
• Participate in strategically planning with your team
• Demonstrate strong business acumen and provide positive consumer experience
• Timely and accurate reporting of work progress directly to Business Director
