As a business development consultant, your primary responsibility is to follow up with leads generated by the marketing team to consult, sell, and conduct demos on our education platform to prospective parents and students.

s:

• Achieving revenue sales targets through sales and business development activities
• Calling the clients and fixing appointments for counseling session for their kids.
• Virtually meeting clients and consulting them for a better learning approach.
• Following up with the customer to ensure they are getting error-free services.
• Identifying prospect and meeting new clients through campaigns.
• Assisting customers in case they have any problems related to product services.
• Development of content for Marketing communications.
• Management of Pre-Sales and Post sales operations.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years inside sales/ consultative sales experience in solutions and services e.g., credit card, insurance, banking product sales or any service industry etc.
• Able to communicate empathetically with parents and students alike
• Passion for education for all
• Excellent persuasive and negotiation skills
• Customer and sales forward attitude
• Fluent in English and Bahasa, with the ability to conduct product demos in both languages

Working Hour
Wednesday - Sunday | 12:00pm - 9:00pm

Remuneration Package
MYR 3,000 + Commission (Up to MYR 1,000)
