Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimum of three years working knowledge across multiple domains, specifically within supply chain, IT Digital service industry and application driven.
Must be able to communicate fluently in English (oral and written) ability to read, write and converse in a second major language would be an advantage.
Strong technical and analysis insights to gather feedback.
Able to withstand pressure and handle stress.
Extensive experiences across customer supports, handling all walks of background, issue handling and never say no attitude.
Critical thinking with problem solving mindset (propose solutions or work around to supervisor/team)
Strong inter personal skills to manage internal and external effectively.
Keen to learn with open-minded to accept new tasks.
Willing to travel (domestics & ASEAN, Whenever is necessary)
Responsibilities
To conduct pre-sales presentation with potential clients to determine high level scope and business requirements information gathering.
To produce sales IT, proposal, and quotation.
Conduct market intelligent and other fact-finding tasks to understand customer requirements.
Bridge communication between the Company and the Customers.
Escalate to relevant parties when additional resources required or hiccups to meet project objectives.
Prepare customized and suitable presentation by accounts and verticals.
Prepare commercial proposal and negotiations.
Lead and manage on overall project costing and payments status.
Cross selling solutions with all range of products, solutions and services the group of companies and others that recommended
Prospecting by verticals.
