The role of a Business Development Executive in the Automotive Waste Department is instrumental in generating a consistent supply of used engine oil collection from automotive suppliers to ensure sufficient raw material for the plant.REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or a Bachelor\'s Degree / in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
• Experience from the Automotive Industry will be added advantage.
• Good communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
• Must be self-motivated and proactive in connecting with customers and establish close relationships with them.
• Possess good interpersonal skills and able to establish good relationship with people at all levels.
• Must have own transportation.
• Must be willing to travel within Sabah with high travelling frequency.
• Willing to work on Saturday (on rotational basis).

• To identify, source and conduct marketing research on potential areas to obtain used engine oil.
• To establish and maintain good relationships with potential clients and existing customers to create better business opportunity.
• To expand the current customer base through new market penetration.
• To diligently update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
• To prepare used oil collection analysis and reporting.
• To actively promote company\'s services and values.
• To keep tab of the current market trends.
• To submit daily, weekly and monthly collection updates / reports.
