Job Purpose To source and secure business from banks partners for both Family and other products at branch level by providing excellent customer service, training, and coaching consistent with individual financial and activity target as well as the company\'s target as a whole To achieve individual performance budget for each financial year based on allocated areas. To organize/ conduct/ participate in activities with bank partners as follows: Regional Meeting : 1 per month/ 12 per year Centralized Training : 4 session per year Corporate Presentation/ Seminar Selling (1 per month/ 12 per year) Coaching/ Visitation (20 branches per week) To ensure that sales peopole at the banks meets the Sales Management objectives, as follows: Overseeing the process of proposal forms, sales and submissions Ensuring timely follow-ip on LOA and medical cases Monitoring the progress of Certificate-related matters Tracking and following up on Out-Standing Contributions/ Dirbursement Executing and overseeing various sales campaigns To establish engagement with bankers at branch level(including Branch Managers) towards generating business at the respective bank branches To provide quality service to bankers consistent with Islamic values as well as sensitive towards the implementation of Islamic practices in all aspect of business dealings and social interactions. To provide operational support to bank branches such as letter of acceptance, quotation, claims and other operational matters & to ensure that all processess been adhere as per agreed TAT in the approved SLA To provide quality and accurate information to bankers and customers at all times To prepare updates and reports as follows : MRTT submission daily/ weekly/ monthly performance. Academic Bachelor degree in Insurance, Business Studies, Risk Management (or any equivalent) Experience Up to 4 years of working experience preferably from takaful or insurance industry Work Location Kuching, Sarawak
