• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with client.
• Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up.
• Identify new sales prospects and grow existing sales for respective regions assigned.
• Conduct extensive research for market information on the territories assigned.
• Achieve individual and annual sales targets given by management.
• Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities.
• Preparing & updating of new business development progress on weekly basis to immediate superior and /or Management.
• Understand clients\xe2\x80\x99 requirements/needs to prepare proposals, developing and presenting proposals customized for each client\xe2\x80\x99s specific business needs.
• Prepare sales quotation for each client\xe2\x80\x99s specific business needs.

Job Requirements To be successful for the position, candidates require the following:

• Fast learner and passion for sales.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• High level communication and networking skills.
• Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Diploma.
• Proven minimum 1 year of Cinema Ads Sales or relevant role working experiences in the related field, is an advantage.
• Possess strong self - motivation and results oriented.
• Strong customer service and sales skills for generating leads
• Advanced presentation and persuasive skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Malay and English.
• Strong in Computer skill and proficient in Microsoft Office software.

Others

• Basic Salary + Allowances + Commissions + Performance Incentive.
• Possess own transport.
• 5 working days.
• Able to travel outstation whenever required.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:
