Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ STPM / Professional Certificate/ Diploma/ Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management/ Degree in LLB or equivalent. All qualifications will be considered.
At least 2 year of working experience in sales and marketing.
Excellent writing, phone handling, interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
Active listening skills and ability to tailor approach based on client needs
Analytical, troubleshooting and decision-making skills
Ability to be flexible and adaptable based on customers\' and business needs
Well organized and strong attentiveness to detail
Ability to establish priorities, manage work independently, and meet deadline
Fluency in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written is required.
Own transport will be required for this role.
Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to) the following:
Strategize sales and marketing plan.
Execute all activities within the marketing department and handle marketing communications for the company. Maintain and update marketing materials.
Implement marketing strategies and plans in alignment with the company direction.
Provide support and client need focused consultative service users
To monitor & plan for social media marketing campaign
To work closely with the designer to make sure all marketing materials are well prepared
To assist & coordinate in all sales activities
To propose and to execute of sales & marketing strategies to uplift sales volume.
To assist the CEO/ Business Development Director in client handling matters.
Good in follow-up works with clients and strong sense of urgency in responding to clients\' enquiries.
To meet clients and handle their enquiries independently.
Maintain good relationship with customer at all times.
Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior or management from time to time
Collaborate with other departments on administrative tasks, billing and invoicing questions whenever needed
Preparation of various presentations as required.
