Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven

Business Development Executive

to join our Engineering Sales Department. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, enjoys meeting clients, and is eager to learn about engineering products and solutions. Full product and technical training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Identify potential business opportunities and promote company products and services. Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales inquiries. Required to participate for Tender's Collaborate with the engineering team to understand technical specifications and project requirements. Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to support sales strategy. Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Attend client meetings, site visits, and trade events when required.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or any related field. At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development (engineering background is an advantage but not required). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Willing to learn technical products and solutions. Possess own transport and willing to travel for client visits.

Salary Range:

RM2, 500 - RM3, 800 per month (depending on experience)

Performance Incentive (Depending on Sales Volumes)
