Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Must be able to speak and read Mandarin. Mandarin is required as candidates will need to liaise with China dealers.
Require Skill(s): Computer literate.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Responsibilities
Proactively source for potential new business sites/ location for new outlet development.
Developing marketing strategies to promote the company\'s products or services in local &international market.
Developing training programs for new franchisees, employees, and managers. Recruiting prospective franchisees based on their financial resources, business experience,and personal characteristics.
Managing ongoing operations of a franchise location by overseeing staff members, making operational decisions, and maintaining relationships with customers.
Develop business development performance measures that support the company\'s strategic directionin alignment with group performance reporting requirements, submit Business DevelopmentPerformance Reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) on time and accurately.
Building strong internal and external relationships with customers, vendor, distributors, franchisees,landlords, potential partners, investors displaying excellent abilities to initiate strategic dialogue andlisten, advise, influence, negotiate and make presentations at all levels.
Responsible for advocating the company\'s corporate culture and business philosophy, and shaping the corporate image.
Periodic review of strategies, policies and procedures relating to the company overall operationsand regulatory requirements. Ensure the legality of the company\'s operations (license, foreign labourpolicy, tax policy, health certificate, export requirement, trademark registration etc.)
Ability to assess business risks by analysing financial, statistical economic data, business flow andregulation compliances.
Be persuasive and have strong business acumen, should be adopt at negotiating sound business dealand demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and problem- solving skills.
Researching, developing and execute business opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements toachieve the company\'s business goals at result oriented basis.
Undertake such other assignments/projects as may be instructed by the CEO from time to time.
