We are expanding and looking for a
Business Development Executive
to grow our sales pipeline and close high-value projects.
Your Role
You will be responsible for driving new business by identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and converting leads into confirmed projects. This is a
results-driven B2B sales role
focused on project-based IT and Engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a strong understanding of Valourix's IT and Engineering services
Identify and approach potential B2B clients (corporates, factories, developers, system integrators, SMEs)
Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, phone, referrals and other proven methods
Qualify leads based on budget, scope, timeline, and decision-maker
Own the full sales cycle -- outreach, discovery, pitching, follow-ups, and closing
Prepare presentation slides, proposals, and sales materials
Generate and follow up on quotations for potential clients
Request and manage necessary client documents throughout the deal process
Work closely with the Managing Directors on sales strategy, pricing, and account prioritization
Maintain and update the sales pipeline and provide weekly reports
Requirements
1-3 years experience in
B2B sales, business development, IT sales, or engineering-related sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Comfortable with cold outreach and proactive selling
Organized, self-motivated, and target-driven
Preferred (not required):
Experience in IT services, engineering solutions, or project-based sales
Existing B2B network in Malaysia
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary:
RM3,000 - RM3,500
Commission:
2%-5% per project closed
Performance bonus
for hitting monthly targets
