JOB SUMMARY

• Business Development Executive whose principal role will be to support the Manager in planning and implementing real estate business development opportunities for the company as well as ensure the company performs real estate activities in compliance with federal and state regulations as they relate to the real estate industry while meeting its business objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify land development opportunities by creating database, researching the development potential and financial and due diligence needs, evaluating and generating feasibility of the business leads, and designing a target achievement strategy to explore the full potential of assigned.
• Identify/ develop relationships and network with land agents, architects, liaison consultants, government agencies, local bodies and stakeholders.
• Assist to ensure the company/ development policies, operation and procedures comply with applicable regulatory requirement and government policy.
• Monitor, analyse and report on developing trends and changes in applicable real estate related policies and regulation and its impacts towards the company. Assist management with the implementation of regulatory changes.
• Prepare, deliver, compile, and maintain all/ complete documentation and records required for compliance in order to satisfy the reviews and for effective implementation thereafter.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 year of experience who have working knowledge or real Estate Industry regulation and guidelines.
• Bachelor \xe2\x80\x98s Degree in Real Estate, Finance Management or a related field which provides a strong foundation for the successful performance of the duties in this job description
• Have effective communication (written and oral) skills to adequately convey reports, findings etc related to job function.
• Detail oriented, analytical, result-driven and computer literate.
