Responsibilities
  • Seek and develop new customers.
  • Fully understand the needs and requirements of key clients.
  • Expand relationships with existing clients by continually proposing solutions that meet their goals.
  • Write sales proposals, follow up on information/proposals, and sales leads requests.
  • Ensure timely delivery of accurate products and services to clients.
  • Act as a liaison between key clients and internal teams.
  • Address any issues or complaints faced by clients and handle them to maintain trust.
  • Play an essential role in creating new sales that will turn into lasting relationships.
