Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing best-in-class client services to sustain and grow company\xe2\x80\x99s client portfolio to achieve long-term success.
• This position requires client relationship building, prospects in expanding business from existing clients and new clients, using customer feedback to identify needs and requirements to drive improvements in our products.
• Candidate needs to be a person who is not afraid to be hands-on to solve customer issues.
• Report to Team Lead \xe2\x80\x93 Sales & Accounts Servicing
• Managing assigned accounts, supporting them with product information, end-to-end customers\xe2\x80\x99 order processing, customer complaints and any follow ups with clients required.
• Provide assistance to new enquiries and new clients.
• Manage client\xe2\x80\x99s escalations \xe2\x80\x93 Liaise with counterparts within the organization to ensure client requests are addressed to the reporting manager, and monitor if the issues are resolved and communicated in a timely manner.
• Work closely with cross functions (e.g. marketing, product development, finance and operations) to improve our products and services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in business administration or related discipline
• A minimum of 1 year experience in Sales, Customer Service or Accounts Servicing
• Out-going with good interpersonal and client relationship skills
• Critical thinking and Problem solving
• Proactive, diligent and attentive to details
• Persistent and well organized
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Proficiency to converse in English, BM and Mandarin (added advantage)
• Willing to work at Taman Klang Jaya, Klang
