Your Responsibility
The business development executive will focus on licensee acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management, as this role will garner and meet with potential licensees.
Will be responsible to research strategic location for business expansion, work with existing licensees to create solutions for their needs and consult throughout licensing terms.
The role also involves with administrative work whereby to prepare and coordinate of agreements signing, filing and payment processing. Must be energetic, well-spoken, pro-active and eager to learn and grow.
Requirements
Minimum one year experience in related field. Candidate with lesser experience can be considered.
With leasing background is an advantage
Willing to travel and possess own car with valid driving license
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact
Persuasive and goal-oriented
Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
Excellent analytical and time management skills
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
A good team player
Willing to learn with self motivation
Proactive and always take initiative
