Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma or Bachelor Degree.

  • Full Time job with at least 1 year(s) of working experience is required for this position.

  • Compulsory can Write and Converse In Chinese

  • Good in IT soft skills, Power Point, Excel, Microsoft Word etc will be an advantage.

  • Must be self-motivated, hardworking and willing to learn.

  • Must good at analysing and summarizing circulars and reports.

  • Any work experience insurance and business will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the development of the agency and agents.

  • Handling administration tasks.

  • Assisting with recruitment of new agents.

  • Prepare and monitoring weekly meeting slides, production report etc

  • Ensure proper filling and compile of all relevant documents in each file (for annual report purposes).

Working Days & Hours:

  • Working Hours: (Monday-Friday) 8.30am-5.00pm ; (Saturday) 8.30am-12.30pm

  • Work Days: 6 Days a week from Monday to Saturday (Half-day)
