Job Responsibility Responsible for creating a welcoming environment by greeting and engaging customers in a courteous manner. Delivering high-level customer service experience & building and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Build an understanding of customers preferences by asking relevant questions to determine customers needs, tailoring the service approach to the individual needs of a customer. Responsible for following up on client inquiries and requests, including after-sales services, proactively and efficiently. Involved in supporting all merchandise-related processes (stock take & cycle counts, packing & unpacking, deliveries & returns). Keep the boutique presentable at all time. Job Requirements Minimum SPM with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English No working experience needed as training will be provided Able to work on retail hours and public holidays Good English communication skills Proficiency in spoken Mandarin or Arabic is an added advantage because you will need to deal with Mandarin or sometimes Arabic-speaking customers.
