Job Description


: Key Responsibilities: 1. Owner and Account Service: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing property owners and key accounts. - Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly. - Act as the primary point of contact for owners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. 2. Sales and Opportunity Identification: - Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the property management and rental industry. - Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the customer base and increasing revenue. - Commission-based pay structure with the opportunity to earn high commissions for closed sales. 3. Onboarding New Owners: - Manage the onboarding process for new property owners, ensuring a smooth transition into the property management system. - Provide comprehensive orientation sessions to educate new owners on services, policies, and procedures. - Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate a seamless integration of new properties into the management portfolio. 4. Sales Funnel Management: - Oversee the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to conversion, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. - Implement and optimize sales processes to maximize conversion rates and minimize turnaround time. - Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement. 5. Collaboration and Communication: - Work closely with internal departments, including operations, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment and cohesion in business development efforts. - Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on sales initiatives, market developments, and owner satisfaction. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in business development, preferably within the property management and rental industry. - Strong understanding of real estate and property management principles. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets. Additional Requirements: - Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events. - Familiarity with property management software and CRM systems. - Adaptability to evolving industry trends and market dynamics.
