Job Description


  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in business development, sales, or related roles preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Capacity for strategic planning and problem-solving.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
  • Goal-Oriented: Driven by achieving sales targets and business growth objectives.
  • Networking: Proficiency in networking and prospecting for new business opportunities.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with RM software and other sales tools is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking events, and industry research.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients, showcasing products or services.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Track sales activity and maintain accurate records using RM software.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and business development activities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
