Get to know our Team: FLUX is an All-in-One Car Subscription service, the first of its kind in Malaysia. The FLUX team works in a fast-paced environment to make things happen, and are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial and hands-on spirit to join us. We are hiring for our Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru and Penang offices! Get to know the Role: To grow the FLUX fleet by identifying and acquiring cars from various sources, to make them available for subscription. Work closely with the division leads to execute acquisition strategies and initiatives. The day-to-day activities: Generate leads, acquire, and manage new-car Hosts that list cars with FLUX. Plan and continuously conduct sessions with hosts to increase the number of cars listed per host Foster host relationships and grow the business by engaging the community to uncover more opportunities. Educate hosts on how to maximise their profits on FLUX Coach hosts to be set up for success by offering recommendations on pricing Be the point of contact for hosts who have active subscriptions and resolve any issues that may arise between our customers and hosts Ensure the accuracy of the car\'s information of vehicle listings Assist in Hosts\' documentation upload and vehicle photos taking Conduct strategic on-ground & online activation for host and customer acquisitions Requirements: Fresh grads welcomed to apply Team Player with the ability to work across a matrix environment in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts Proven track record of delivering against targets Ability to speak English & Bahasa Malaysia.
