Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive for our prestigious client in the IT Services & Consulting industry. This is an on-site position based in Kuala Lumpur, MalaysiaKey Responsibilities:

• Identify business opportunities through cold and warm prospecting.
• Accompany Co-Founders to meet potential customers and developing new relationships.
• Lead sales calls, meetings and deliver B2B sales to potential clients
• Maintain existing relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance.
• Build processes that optimize retention of clients after they join our ecosystem.
• Lead the execution of initiatives that enhance the value of vibefam\'s ecosystem.
• Take the lead on optimizing digital marketing efforts across existing platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Blog) and new platforms to increase brand visibility and credibility.

• Min. 2-3 years of experience in Business Development or Account Management.
• Local Malaysian and based in Kuala Lumpur.
• Ownership: Takes ownership on their work and have a strong bias to action.
• Organized: Can follow through with tasks assigned in a structured manner.
• Multitask: This is a role that requires a lot of juggling and the ability to prioritise smartly.
• Communications: Should be a wizard at language, and not afraid to speak to corporate decision makers. Know when to use a casual tone and when to switch to formal.
• Creativity: Relish in being creative and coming up with crazy ideas and pushing boundaries is your kind of thing.
• Curiosity: Intrinsically motivated to learn.
• Teamwork: This is a role that would require you to work well in a team as well as independently when required.
• Grit and Resilience: A high degree of self-motivation, ability to cope with rejections and a drive to flourish in a new environment will set you apart.
