- Strong presentation skills and proposal experience.
- Ability to work independently and execute tasks efficiently, ensuring the quality and productivity of one\'s output.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Willing to embrace new knowledge, accept challenges, and grow with the company.
- Strong ability to maintain good client relationships.
- Must have own car and laptop.
- Proactively develop new clients and business opportunities to expand the company\'s business scale and achieve performance targets.
- Actively seek potential partnership opportunities to broaden service offerings.
- Assess new clients\' needs and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain existing client relationships.
- Track performance results and develop business expansion strategies.
- Regularly update on business development status and report insights.
- Earn additional performance bonuses based on the achievement of performance targets.
