Job Description
- Based on the monthly target for acquiring new customers, conduct project presentations to customers via inbound/outbound calls, address customer inquiries, guide high-quality customers to fill out interview application forms, and enhance customer satisfaction with consultations.
- Handle incoming calls from customers, make notes on customer situations, and resolve customer inquiries.
- Conduct weekly telephone quality inspections to improve personal problem-solving and service abilities.
- Propose improvement suggestions based on identified issues in the work and implement them.
- Capable of independently organizing and planning activities such as reporting and sharing within the department.
