Based on the monthly target for acquiring new customers, conduct project presentations to customers via inbound/outbound calls, address customer inquiries, guide high-quality customers to fill out interview application forms, and enhance customer satisfaction with consultations.
Handle incoming calls from customers, make notes on customer situations, and resolve customer inquiries.
Conduct weekly telephone quality inspections to improve personal problem-solving and service abilities.
Propose improvement suggestions based on identified issues in the work and implement them.
Capable of independently organizing and planning activities such as reporting and sharing within the department.
