• Preferably candidate must possess a recognized Diploma/ Degree or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Experience in development, construction or interior fit-out work is value added.
• At least 3 years of experience in Business Development and Marketing.
• Have own transport and laptop.

Responsibilities

• Develop a marketing strategy in accordance with the overall company goals and vision.
• Deal with present projects & clients and work with them to strategize and improve the material according to their needs.
• Collect and analyze market research data and apply to current projects.
• Identify potential markets.
• Oversee and prepare marketing budgets.
• Network with suppliers, partner organizations, contractors and other professionals.
• Help to produce reports, company brochures and related marketing materials and literature.
• Monitor market trends, analysis consumer markets activities to identify opportunities.
• Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure that tasks are completed and programmed.
