  • Conduct market research to identify new prospects and growth areas.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to uncover opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and approach potential clients via calls, emails, and networking events.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling, referrals, social media, and attending industry events.
  • Qualify leads and assess their potential for conversion into long-term customers.
  • Maintain and update lead databases, tracking all communication and interactions.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand clients' business needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover new business needs.
Sales and Negotiation:
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements with potential clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to align strategies and solutions.
Achieve Sales Targets:
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and report on business development activities regularly.
  • Track KPIs such as lead conversion rates, sales pipeline status, and client acquisition.
Market Intelligence and Feedback:
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
  • Share market insights with internal teams to refine products, services, and marketing strategies.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs, pain points, and satisfaction to enhance the customer experience.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns and product solutions.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients by coordinating with relevant departments (e.g., operations, customer service).
Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline status.
  • Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
