Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to support the growth and operational efficiency of our Agents and CICO Merchants networks. This role involves regular field visits, providing on-ground support, and ensuring compliance with company policies and SOPs. You will also play a key role in business development by onboarding new Agents and Merchants, tracking performance, and managing the customer lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will be to:

Proactively identify and source new potential Agents, and CICO Merchants. Attend and assist in new Agent launches to ensure operational readiness. Analyze Agent transaction trends, support initiatives and initiate marketing plans to grow agent transactions. Guide new Agents through the remittance setup process. Provide on-site marketing support, promotional coordination, and post-launch assistance. To be eligible for this role, you will require:

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; 1-3 years of experience in business development, agent support, or field operations; Willingness to travel to outstation locations and own a vehicle; Knowledge of remittance processes and systems is a plus; Willing to be based at our office in Jalan Hang Lekiu, KL.
